I was initially exposed to and trained in The Immanuel Approach in 2016. I have been conducting sessions one-on-one via Zoom with clients all over the world since 2019. I am also part of Dr. Karl's mentoring group which meets monthly and gives me direct access to Dr. Lehman. The ministry I co-lead is also actively training and equipping others in The Immanuel Approach tools via both in person trainings and virtually.

Face to Face Ministries offers a year-long, self-paced mentoring program. This program includes monthly mentoring tracks with small groups, online community support, continued training in advanced troubleshooting, direct access to coaching, and space to ask questions and process advanced situations. Our CORE facilitator development program focuses on 3 key areas: Methodology, Personal Heart Healing, and Emotional Maturity/Capacity/Relational Skills. We are also in the process of establishing an Immanuel Approach Facilitator Support Community for ongoing soul care, encouragement, and support from peers.
