Quick Tutorials for how to use the Immanuel Network Directory. These tutorials are in the process of being created as we recently updated the system. If you need more help, you can contact us here.

How do I Add Myself to this Directory?

Click Join Now in the top  menu bar or click here. Follow the instructions. First you will create a username and password, then you will log in, then you will see an option to fill out your profile details.

How do I Edit my Profile?

In the top menu bar under returning members click Edit My Profile. Follow the instructions on that edit profile page. 

How do I change my category(s)?

Once you have followed the instructions to edit profile above you will have the option to change your categories such as facilitator, trainer, etc.

More Info About the Categories

We welcome people with all ranges of experience from beginners to highly experienced trainers.  Simply choose the category(s) that best describe you.

A) Categories for beginners and more experienced:

  1. Interested in Networking,
  2. Immanuel approach Study Group
    • Please indicate in your description whether you wish to lead or simply participate.
    • Please look under resources for handouts and additional resources
    • We are in the process of developing more resources for Immanuel approach study groups
  3. Outsmarting Yourself Study Group.
    • Please indicate in your description whether you wish to lead or simply participate.
    • Look under resources for additional materials.
    • Visit www.outsmartingyourself.org for more resources.
    • We are in the process of developing more resources for Outsmarting Yourself Study groups, but one of our recommendations is watching a section each week of Dr. Lehman’s video Psychological Trauma, Implicit Memory, and the Verbal Logical Explainer as a group.

B) Categories intended for the more experienced

  1. Facilitator (self-reported)
  2. Trainer (self-reported)
    • This category is intended for those who highly qualified and can competently and safely teach the Immanuel approach in group settings using the safety nets

C) Cautions

  1. Note that some trainers or facilitators may not be adequately qualified. Please read the Requests Recommendations and Cautions essay to aid in your discernment.
