I have been practicing the Immanuel Approach since 2019, and have used Listening Prayer before that. I am also a Licensed Professional Counselor who focuses on trauma and integrating Christian faith into counseling. I have completed EMDR Level 1, EMDR Level 2, and some advanced EMDR training. I also developed and lead a training class for our church on IA, and have taught Immanuel Techniques to my Master's Level Counseling Interns.
