Since 2012, I have been dedicated to helping individuals deepen their relationship with God and experience emotional and spiritual healing through the Immanuel Approach. My work is rooted in gentle, person-to-person prayer ministry, where I guide people in connecting with Jesus, processing trauma, and discovering greater peace, stability, and joy.
I lead practice groups for those trained in Immanuel Prayer, helping practitioners grow in their skills, confidence, and ability to support others well. My approach emphasizes safety, attunement, and the transformative power of God’s presence.
I have received extensive training in Dr. Karl Lehman’s Immanuel Approach Training Program as well as the Forming, Restarting, and Belonging programs. My background also includes training with Alive and Well, Marcus Warner’s teachings on Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) and spiritual warfare, and Jim Wilder’s 19 Brain Skills along with Life Model Works’ core practices for relational health and community life. I am also involved in the Immanuel Lifestyle Diverse Community, where I continue learning how to walk out and model a life rooted in secure attachment with God and others.
My heart is to create a warm, welcoming, and spirit-led environment where healing is possible and people can grow into the wholeness God designed for them.
