I have completed all 3 levels of Immanuel approach training with Patty Velotta and both levels through Alive and Well.  I have been facilitating Immanuel Prayer sessions with individuals and training groups in Alive and Well practices and leading group Immanuel Journaling for several years.  I receive Immanuel Prayer every  week myself. I am connected to others in the Immanuel community and Life Model where I am known and receive referrals from. I am also a certified spiritual director and master life coach. I use the Immanuel Prayer tool to help others because I have seen the efficacy of it in my own life.
